I need support

Hello Clavister,

I had some logger rule issues, I activated all the blocks in the Analyze tab, almost all was fine but when I went into InControl Log Analyzer. I found no results.

Is it possible some SQLite problem about? Is a tool for checking DB consistency? Do you have another quiz or suggestion?

Hello Linhnth,

Do you have any logs at all arriving to you ILA from a firewall? If not, its not so strange that the Log Analyzer is empty. If you have logs and have activated the cubes you should be able to use the analyzer as well.

If you have, i urge you to actually create a support ticket on https://my.clavister.com so that we can look deeper into the issue.
