This FAQ applies to:
  • Clavister Logger for CorePlus version 8.x
    Microsoft Windows XP
Problem:
Why do I not receive any logs when trying to run the logger on Windows XP?

Solution:
The default settings of the Windows Firewall must be changed as it blocks the port used by the logger.

Add following UDP port: 999 (for fwlogger.exe to receive data from the Security Gateways)
