Re: SSL - VPN bidirectional ?

My recommendation would be to first check the logs in the Firewall, it should give you some clues as to what the problem could be. Connect with your VPN client, check with IP the client gets from the IP pool, then search for that IP in the logs. Or maybe search for a destination IP the client is try...

Re: Log Analyzer Top rule No Result

Hello. Double-check that you have data in the datacube. If you open the log analyzer and then click the "Summary" button, you can see if you have any data in your datacube. If for instance the cube is empty or you lack data for "Bandwidth usage", the query will always return with no results. There c...

Re: MacOS OneConnect Can't ping other device after connecting

Hello. I would start by checking the logs in the Firewall and review the IP policy's that allows access from the SSL VPN interface to your internal network. The logs "should" contain some clue as to why the connection does not work. Also keep in mind that if you have defined the SSL VPN server pool ...

Re: outlook not working

Hello. A few tips on how to approach a potential rule/routing problem: 1. What does the log say in the Firewall about the traffic? Is it blocked or is it allowed by a rule? 1.1. If the traffic is blocked by e.g. "Default_Drop_Rule" it means that you do not have an IP policy that allows the traffic. ...

Hello.

Here is an updated link:

I also added some Visio Clavister icons that you may or may not find useful. The only active hardware model that is not available in the stencils is the W40.

Re: SSL VPN

Hello. I would recommend that you start by looking at the Firewall logs. They should provide you with some hints / clues as to what the problem could be. Since you are able to connect the VPN tunnel, it's probably IP policy's, something with the routing or the IP pool that causing the problem. Best ...

Re: VLAN problem

Hello. Version 8.90.xx is a very old version. I'm fairly sure there have been lots of updates/changes related to transparent mode since that version and the current version (12.00.xx). The only recommendation i can give you at this time is to look at the administrator guide (e.g. the 12.00.18 versio...

Re: secure copy

Hello. From the admin guide (version 12.00.17): Secure Copy (SCP) is a widely used communication protocol for file transfer. No specific SCP client is provided with cOS Core distributions but there exists a wide selection of SCP clients available for nearly all workstation platforms. SCP is a comple...

Re: scp command

Hello. Think you need to provide us with a little more information than that :) SCP is secure copy, used to download/upload specific files (such as scripts) to/from the Firewall. An example of an SCP program is Putty SCP: https://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/latest.html Best regards /P...
